Digital TV services
OwnTV provides a complete turnkey service for the management of your business TV channel, or channels, including secure servers for managing the distribution of your content, including the processing of any information source and video stream/s.
OwnTV provide a ready-to-go solution from the start, and can have your channel up and running with your content immediately following installation. More complex requirements, such as the inclusion of data from databases, RSS feeds, third-party systems, video feeds, etc., can usually be integrated within the shortest time, usually 7 - 21 days.
Standard Packages
Aimed at all users, the standard packets offer the most economic installations of TV screens in any European location.
Pack A: Television TFT 32" and ePC Media Centre - 2,00 euros per day + TAX
Pack B: Televisión TFT 42" and ePC Media Centre - 3,00 euros a day + TAX
An approved OwnTV installer will deliver and install the TFT screens and ePC media centre with optional camara within 14 días (Europe) of your order confirmation. Once installed the screen/s will be immediately operational, presenting the content that you have loaded to the pre-selected FTP server. The same screens may also be used t view Television channels and playback DVDs, etc.
Warranty
The ePC media system and TFT TVs are usually provided under a renting agreement with a 3-year term, incorporating a 3-year on-site swap-out warranty. The cost of the OwnTV service, including initial configuation and content distribution is included in the contract. At the end of the contract, the service can be continued at a basic cost for the monthly subscription of 15 euros per screen.
Installation plan - availability
1. The first phase of installations started on the 1 June 2008: limited to 10 clients of 400 channels.
2. The second phase started on the 1 September 2008: providing services for an additional 20 clients.
3. The third phase is planned for Q1 2009: with a capability of 40 new clients per month.
